Information from platform use (beta partners)

• To onboard you as a beta partner and deliver the Gorva platform

• AI processing: Invoice data submitted to the platform may be processed by Claude AI (Anthropic) for invoice extraction and matching. Anthropic's data retention policy applies to API usage.

• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before any such transfer.

We do not share your operational data (PO records, invoices, vendor information) with any third party except as described above.

• Demo request data: retained for 24 months from submission
• Platform operational data (beta): retained for the duration of the agreement plus 12 months
• Audit logs: retained for 36 months for compliance purposes
• Email communications: retained for 24 months

Gorva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hotel brand, franchise system, hotel management company, or property management software provider.
